  • Where is the store based?

    Indianapolis, IN. This gives us a great Midwest base for shipping product all over the US in a timely manner.

     

  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    Returns are accepted within 30 days upon delivery of the product.

    Any new in box items opened will incur a restocking fee of 20% .

    Shipping is nonrefundable in most cases and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges,
    unless products are damaged upon arrival.

     

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Currently we do not ship internationally.

     

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Your order should arrive within one week.

    All orders ship within 2 business days.

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 3 business days via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

    The exception can be all Large items(Targets, Treestand, ect.) which will be shipped via UPS Ground(1-6 business days).

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

    Our checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

     

  • What if something is wrong with my order?

    If you have a problem with an order from our store, please contact the store directly, through the Contact Page. We will answer every email or return every call, as timely as possible and correct any issues you may have.
